With over 10 years of experience working in retail and customer service environments, I know a thing or two about customers’ behaviours, their likes, and their dislikes when it comes to using a product.
I use my deep understanding of users to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
I’m not the loudest voice in the room, but I advocate for users whenever I can. It’s very important to me that their voices and needs are heard and reflected throughout the design process and in the products we create.
At the end of the day, I want to contribute to work that has left a positive impact in the lives of others.
When I’m not designing, you can catch me reading, listening to a good podcast, or at my local spin studio vibing to a R&B/hip-hop themed ride.
