WE’RE IN THE DOUBLE DIGITS, PEOPLE! *cheers*

Let’s get into it. I started off with simple shapes then added colour.

This took longer than I expected because I had completely forgot how to make a GIF in Photoshop. (In my defense, the last time I had to make a GIF before this was back in 2015 during a course I took.) For some reason, I thought that making a GIF and adding some type of motion would be possible through Adobe XD, but spoiler alert: it’s not.

So I dove into Photoshop, refreshed my memory by using Google to help me make said GIF, and spent more time tweaking the timing of it when my laptop decided to slow down. I forgot what happens when you run Photoshop CS5 (hey, let’s not judge), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe XD all once.

Another hurdle down but we’re not finished just yet.

Instagram doesn’t let you post GIFs directly, and again, I was under the impression that you actually could until my good friend Google told me otherwise. The hunt continued again, but at least this time I came across a VERY helpful article here and followed it step by step.

AND VOILA! We've made it!
